An East Tennessee mother accused of selling her four daughters to make child porn has pleaded guilty.
Connie McCall pleaded guilty to one count of selling or buying children. Her husband Ronnie has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Prosecutors say the duo planned to sell their four children between the ages of 5 and 16 to a sex film ring. Their daughters say the couple had already sold their three oldest girls.
McCall will have the rest of the charges against her dropped when she is sentenced in April.
Her husband's trial is set for March 25th.
