Knoxville Police have captured one of the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives.

A tip led officers to Keith Jamar Thomas, 25, at a home on Tarlton Avenue, where he was arrested without incident Wednesday night around 9:30 pm.

Thomas was wanted for one count of Felony Murder, one count of Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery and one count of Attempted Aggravated Robbery in Cocke County.

Investigators said Thomas was involved in a June 2012 robbery on Leaf Way in Newport that left one person dead. Two other men are also charged with that murder. All three are now in custody.
