(WBIR-Knoxville) A man who's been charged with more than 100 crimes in the past 11 years was arrested again over the weekend, after witnesses say he intentionally set his house on fire.

Court documents show that Donald Manns has now been charged with arson for a Mechanicsville house fire late Saturday night.

Witnesses said Manns lit a bag on fire and left it at the bottom of the house on Citico Street, causing flames to erupt.

The landlord said he was having trouble with Manns and was planning to evict him. But witnesses claim Manns said he would quote "burn that place to the ground before I let him evict me."

The house sustained $15,000 in damage.
