A popular place to grab a couple pints is doubling its locations in Knoxville.
The Casual Pint Craft Beer Market plans to open two new stores, one at the Northshore Town Center in West Knox County, and the other in Fountain City in the Harvest Town Center. The two new locations will join the already open bars in Downtown Knoxville and another near Northshore and Kingston Pike.
The new Casual Pints will be the first franchise stores, and they're just a small part of a bigger plan.
Owner Nathan Robinette says franchise sales started in October. He plans to open more locations throughout the southeast.
The new Knoxville stores will open this spring.
