The man accused of killing four people in Cumberland County last year says he will not attend any of the proceedings from now on.

Jacob Bennett, 26, was due in court Thursday morning, but declined to attend. He is accused of shooting and killing four people, including three teenagers over a botched drug deal.

Meanwhile, 25-year-old Brittany Moser, Bennett's girlfriend, was granted a $1 million bond for her role in the shooting. Moser was with Bennett at the time of the shooting, but didn't play a role in the deaths.

Authorities found the bodies of 22-year-old Rikki Jacobsen, 17-year-olds Dominic Davis and Steven Presley and 16-year-old John Lajeunesse in a car on a rural road in Crab Orchard.
