The cases against two men accused of setting the fire that destroyed the historic McClung Warehouses will be sent to a grand jury.

Robert Montgomery and Joey Bryant appeared in court Friday afternoon for a preliminary hearing. They're charged with arson, trespassing and assault.

Investigators say they set a fire back in February that destroyed the remaining buildings within the warehouse complex. They're also accused of assaulting a woman who was inside with them.

The city plans to issue a request for proposals to redevelop the property.
