The City of Knoxville is ramping up their pilot program for food trucks.

Signs will go up at the five zones where food trucks can operate by Monday, April 21st.

The city originally had seven zones, but put two on hold for now. The operation hours have also been changed, allowing vendors to serve at different places and times from 6 a.m. until 2 a.m.

Right now the city is accepting permit applications from food truck operators.

You can find more information on where and when the food trucks will operate at http://www.cityofknoxville.org/business/mobilefood.asp.
