As summer gets closer and more mosquitoes start appearing, Knox County is awaiting results of some of the year's first West Nile Virus testing.

The Knox County Health Department says its weekly process of trapping and testing mosquitoes for West Nile Virus began this week.

They say they should receive the results sometime next week. Then, if any come back positive they'll begin scheduling mosquito spraying.
