(WBIR) A Knox County woman has been charged with TennCare fraud for a second time.
The state Office of Inspector General announced Monday that Nancy Horsley, 47, has been charged with 11 counts of doctor shopping and 11 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
Officials said Horsley would visit multiple physicians in a short period of time in order to get prescriptions for drugs. Those visits were paid for by TennCare.
This isn't Horsley's first time being charged with fraud.
She pleaded guilty to six counts of doctor shopping back in 2011. At the time she was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
