Waggoner's son, Kolton Waggoner, is charged with facilitation of second degree murder. He did not have an attorney, so the judge appointed one for him. His next court date is set for July 14.

Woodby was shot to death back in September.

Investigators say the two families had fought for months. In September, they believe the Waggoners confronted Woodby over an unknown incident, and he was killed during the argument.
