Two men are now charged with breaking in to Neyland Stadium, while UT Police are still searching for a third suspect.

According to UT Police, David Battaly, 23, and Chaison Chambers, 19, both of Knoxville, were identified by evidence left behind and anonymous tips. Neither have any affiliation with the university. They are charged with burglary and vandalism.

Investigators believe Battaly, Chambers, and an unidentified man climbed a fence, then rode an unsecured elevator to the skybox level on Tuesday night. There, they caused damage to doors and furniture while trying to get into individual boxes. They stole mostly food and beverage items.

The two suspects have not been helpful in identifying the third man that was with them. UT Police hopes someone will recognize him from a surveillance photo. If you have any information, you are asked to call UTPD at 865-974-3111. You can also send anonymous tips by texting the keyword UTPD and your message to 847411.

UT Police says they have increased security during times when the stadium is not in use because of this incident. Security at Neyland is already enhanced on days leading up to and on game days.

We are still seeking to identify the following individual.
