Three teenagers are now facing felony murder charges for gunning down a man who was bringing dinner home to his family.

In November, Jack Hutchins was shot and killed while getting out of his truck outside his home on Woodbine Avenue in East Knoxville. Hutchins lived with his girlfriend and 8 children they raised together.

This week, a Knox County Grand Jury indicted a 19-year-old man who is currently in another Tennessee jail on an unrelated charge. Once he's returned to Knoxville, he will be charged with murder and attempted aggravated robbery. Until then, Knoxville Police will not release his name.

The two other teens, Quantavious Williams, 18, of Knoxville and Andre Terry, 15, of Chattanooga, were charged as juveniles with felony murder and attempted aggravated robbery. Williams was 17 when the murder happened. He is being held in the Knox County jail. Terry was already in juvenile facility on unrelated charges.

10News does not usually release the names of juveniles involved in crimes, but is doing so in this case because of the severity of the charges.
