(WBIR) A search for a runaway in the care of Department of Children's Services led to the arrests of two adults and three teenagers on drug and weapons charges.

On Wednesday, Knox County deputies found the 16-year-old, along with two other teenagers and two adults, in a home on Stony Point Road. Inside, deputies discovered bags of marijuana packaged for sale and digital scales. Officials also said Paul Boehm, 18, and a 16-year-old were carrying loaded handguns.

They charged Boehm with unlawful possession and carrying of a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Another adult, 31-year-old Jennifer Haar, was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Deputies also arrested and charged the three teenagers found in the house. Officials charged the DCS runaway with possession of drug paraphernalia. A 17-year-old boy was charged with simple possession of marijuana. Authorities also charged a 16-year-old boy with possession of a firearm, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
