Two teens who fled a Tennessee Department of Children's Services facility in Crossville in early September have been listed as endangered children by state authorities.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has released information about two 15-year-olds last seen Sept. 5.
Jacob Crow was wearing a gray hoodie and Hunter Smith was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans when they ran away from the Cumberland Mountain School for Boys, which the Upper Cumberland Human Resources Agency runs for troubled teens, authorities said. The Associated Press reported the school is a minimum-security facility with no fence and no guards.
Anyone with information about the teens is asked to call Crossville police Det. Elizabeth Henshaw at 931-484-7231, or 1-800-TBI-FIND.
