(WBIR) A Greeneville doctor admitted to using cocaine and seeing patients while high.
Robert Wayne Locklear, 45, pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to commit health care fraud.
Officials arrested Locklear last June.
Locklear ran a substance abuse treatment program that helped people addicted to opioids, according to the plea agreement documents. He later became addicted to alcohol and cocaine and left his clinic under the supervision of people not licensed to practice medicine.
His sentencing hearing is set for September.
