(WBIR, Lenoir City) - It was a dream come true for one 94-year-old U-T fan.

Morris Tisdale held season tickets for 50 years.

His favorite coach was Phillip Fulmer, and he made a surprise visit to Morning Pointe Assisted Living in Lenoir City Monday morning.

Coach Fulmer signed a football for Tisdale and chatted with him about Vol football history and how the team is doing today.

"We are blessed to have those folks, and it's important. It's very important to a Tennessee program to have those kind of folks, and we are blessed," said Fulmer.

Monday morning kicked of National Assisted Living Week at Morning Pointe.

Fulmer was also able to visit and take pictures with all of the residents.
