A Monroe County man is facing moonshine and marijuana charges.
Deputies arrested Richard Lee Wilson, 53, on Tuesday. A grand jury indicted him earlier this month. Wilson is charged with possession of a still, possession of untaxed liquor and manufacturing marijuana.
In July, the Governor's Task Force on Marijuana Eradication was flying over the area when they spotted a grow operation on Wilson's property on Mecca Pike in Englewood, just inside the Monroe County line.
When they investigated, authorities found 32 marijuana plants and the moonshine.
