A former McMinn County deputy who pleaded guilty to official oppression will eventually have a clear record if he stays out of trouble.

Justin Hester, 31, will serve two years of probation and receive judicial diversion if he keeps the terms of that agreement.

Hester resigned in December 2011 and officers arrested him two months later.
