(WBIR) Knoxville police charged a man in a string of armed robberies this month.

Shane Bryant, 21, of Knoxville is accused of threatening an employee with a pistol, while robbing the Walgreen's located at 2400 N. Broadway Thursday night.

Officials said they also believe Bryant robbed the EZ Mart and burglarized a house on Nichols Avenue on March 14. Authorities also charged Bryant for a robbery at The Quick Stop on W. Baxter Avenue on March 23.

Police tracked down the suspect at an apartment in the Lonsdale community on Tuesday.

After interviewing him, KPD charged Bryant with four counts of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated burglary, and one count of theft. Bryant also had an outstanding warrant on file for violating his probation.
