A man is facing charges after police say he allowed a 13-year-old to get her tongue pierced by forging her dad's signature.

Oliver Springs police arrested Jeremy Vandinter, 36, on April 24. He's charged with aggravated child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to a police report, Vandinter posed as the girl's father when she got the piercing in September at a tattoo parlor. Her father found out in April and called police.
