A jury from Hamilton County will determine the fate of the accused Campbell County school shooter.
Kenneth Bartley was 14-years-old when prosecutors said he took a gun to Campbell County High School in 2005. He was confronted in the office by three school administrators. Vice Principal Ken Bruce was fatally shot. Two others, Principal Ken Seale and Vice Principal Jim Pierce were shot but survived.
Bartley initially pleaded guilty to the shooting, but that plea has since been thrown out. Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Friday in Chattanooga, according to the Campbell County clerk's office. The trial is set to begin Monday.
