The Smoky Mountain RV Show that kicked off Friday has doubled in size.
The show features all types of motor homes, fifth wheels, pop-up campers and accessories. The event is usually only held at the Sevierville Events Center, but this year, it has a second location at the new LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge.
The show's owner says adding the extra square footage means more products for customers.
"It's made it the largest indoor RV show in the southeast. We're very proud of that. In the heart of the Smoky Mountains, you know camping is part of the lifestyle here. It should have a show like this. It's really dramatically given us an opportunity to have a lot more vehicles, a lot more features," said show owner Rob Lynch.
The show got started Friday afternoon and runs all weekend. Tickets are $6 for both locations.
