(WBIR) A head-on collision on Highway 411 in Sevierville killed one person and injured four others Sunday night.

A pickup truck was passing on a double line when it struck a Pontiac Grand Am head-on traveling in the other direction shortly after 9 p.m.

The crash killed Tammy S. Miller, 50, of Newport, who was a passenger in the Pontiac. The Tennessee Highway Patrol crash report indicated that Miller wasn't wearing a seat belt.

Both drivers and two passengers in the Pontiac were hurt in the accident.

THP said criminal charges are pending.
