(WBIR) Several fire crews from all across Tennessee dropped by Dollywood Sunday morning as the park celebrated International Firefighters Day.

As part of the event, the park dedicated four fire hoses which firefighters throughout Tennessee had signed during Dollywood's FireChaser Express Heroes Tour.

More than 1,300 signatures were added since the tour began last October in Knoxville.

The park on Sunday also unveiled a statue of a firefighter, designed to honor the sacrifices those heroes make.

"Come out and enjoy the ride and take a moment to pause and give some respect to the folks that work to keep us safe each and every day," Dollywood President Craig Ross said.

The fire houses and statue will be on display as part of the FireChaser Express roller coaster, which opened in March.
