A wrongful death lawsuit tied to a fatal accident at a Gatlinburg wastewater treatment plant is set to go to trial next year.
Family members of Donald Storey and John Eslinger filed a lawsuit in 2012 against Gatlinburg and the contractors who built the plant and handled repair work.
A judge set a February trial date for the lawsuit.
The two men died in April 2011, when a concrete wall of a basin holding untreated sewage collapsed.
Veolia Wastewater North America manages the plant.
State safety officials blamed the accident on a construction flaw, and didn't find any safety violations at the plant itself.
