On Tuesday, Knox County will swear in dozens of newly elected and re-elected public officials.
Mayor Tim Burchett and Sheriff JJ Jones will both enter their second terms.
But there will also be many new faces.
Charme Knight will become the new District Attorney General.
Ed Shouse will become the new Trustee. Mike Hammond will take over the Criminal Court Clerk's Office.
The Knox County Commission will welcome four new members.
The Board of Education will swear in three fresh faces and two re-elected members.
The swearing-in ceremonies begin at 9 a.m. in the City County Building. The event is open to the public.
The new Board of Education will hold its first work session Tuesday night at five.
