Photos: More of your childhood Halloween costumes!
To help us get in the Halloween spirit, each Thursday I'm sharing photos of your costumes from the decades gone by.
Last week we saw a Gobot, Mickey Mouse and a young Star Trek crew member, and today we have another fun crop of characters. If you have a photo you'd like to share, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, city and a brief description of your ensemble!
From Amanda S. in Cincinnati: "This is me, Halloween 1971. My mom was always creative with costumes and was big on paper mache. It looks like the head must've been a little heavy, though I mostly remember people poking me in the belly."

From Jesse H. in San Francisco: "This is me at age 3 in 1979, six months after I had become completely obsessed with 'Star Wars.' My mom put this together and sewed the tunic and created a Princess Leia costume for my sister, too."

Pop Candy reader BIG BUSINESS sent a vintage pic of himself as E.T. and his brother as Zorro. "Don't you love those classic plastic costumes?" he says.

Here's Steve T. from Niagara Falls, N.Y., as C-3PO (with the Pink Panther) in 1978.

Los Angeles reader Nancy O. submitted this pic of herself as a soup can. ""I remember distinctly that the soup can costume was heavy and hurt my shoulders," she says. "Seeing was also a challenge."
