It's no secret that football is big business for many colleges, but we're learning more about how much it's worth to East Tennessee State University.
WJHL reports ex-Tennessee coach and current ETSU consultant is set to make $166,965 per year over the next two years.
ETSU is adding a football program in 2015, and Fulmer was hired to help in the process.
To put his contract in perspective, he's set to make just under $14,000 a month, which is more than the base salary for the football coach he helped hire.
His current contract runs through June 2015, about three months before the football team is set to play its first game.
