Nathan Peterman took some reps with the first team offense today during practice and Jashon Robertson will be moving from defensive line to offensive line.

Day four of fall camp for the Vols wasn't the follow-up to a poor practice on Sunday that head coach Butch Jones was looking for. Butch withheld the players from speaking to the media, saying they have to earn the right to represent the university.

Butch Jones following Monday's practice:

Tennessee head coach Butch Jones was the only one who spoke to the media on Monday.

Notes from Monday:

  • Butch Jones says the quarterbacks' accuracy has gotten worse.

"We have to go back. We have to look at our mechanics. A lot of it though is also our wide outs and tight ends and running backs running full speed routes, but you know we have to work on that."

  • Nathan Peterman took reps with the first team offense. Jones says that doesn't mean anything. They are just trying to get each quarterback reps with each center and offensive line so they have familiarity in that regard
  • Freshman Jashon Robertson will be moving from defensive tackle to offensive guard. The three-star played both positions at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville.

Tennessee will be back on the practice field on Tuesday night.
