We're just a day away from the Vols' first appearance in the Sweet 16 in four years.

The team left for Indianapolis shortly after 6 Wednesday evening, but not before fans gathered at the Pratt Pavilion to show their support.

About 40 fans gathered for the event. Some of them told WBIR 10News they believe the Vols have what it takes to keep their tournament run going against Michigan.

"I see a W, Vols all the way," said fan Kurtis Kyle. "We're going to the Elite 8, the Final Four all the way."

But, in order to make it to the Final Four in North Texas, the Vols must first win two games this weekend in Indianapolis.

Their first opponent will be the Wolverines at 7:15 p.m. Friday.

Make sure to follow WBIR Sports through the week for the latest coverage.
