Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Patrick Kane and Johnathan Toews scored one goal apiece as the Chicago Blackhawks held off the Calgary Flames for a 3-1 win on Friday.

Marcus Kruger added a goal and Corey Crawford made 25 saves for the Blackhawks, who have clinched the Presidents' Trophy and home-ice advantage as long as they last in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Chris Butler had the lone tally for the Flames (19-25-4), who closed the season with three consecutive loses. Joey MacDonald had 35 saves in the setback.
