KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WBIR)-- He's a repeat Mr. Football winner and will play for another state championship on Thursday. Webb's Todd Kelly Jr. was recognized for his accomplishments on the field by the Army All-American Bowl.

Kelly is one of 90 high school players across the nation to play in the Army Bowl on January 4, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas.

NFL names like Andrew Luck, Jamaal Charles and Adrian Peterson all played in the Army All-American Bowl during their high school days.

Kelly will wear his same number, 6, for the bowl. You can watch it on WBIR.
