Lottery Winner Celebrates With Weed, Blows Up House

A man in Kansas celebrated his lottery win with his brother by blowing up their house. Police say that happened when the men were clumsy with the lighter fluid they were using to light their bong, and the flammable vapor got into the pilot light.
