13-year-old boy charged with kidnap, rape of 6-year-old girl
A 13-year old boy is accused of kidnapping and raping a little girl just yards from her home. The Sevier County Sheriff's Office said it happened Saturday evening in the Kodak/Northview community in Sevier County.
