Cooper convicted in death of Nola Atkins, but avoids harshest penalties

Jan 18, 2014: A jury convicted 24-year-old Frank Cooper of criminally negligent homicide for his role in the burglary and death of 72-year-old Nola Atkins in 2008. The homicide conviction only carries a maximum sentence of two years behind bars.
