PMI shows optimism rules at China factories, but can it last?

Sentiment at China's factories is rising, with the preliminary private PMI reading rising to 52, an 18 month high, as China's mini stimulus kicks in. Questions remain though on how sustainable it is. Jane Lanhee Lee reports.
