Pay it Forward: Waving veteran loses battle with cancer
Kenny Neely, the West Knoxville army veteran known for waving at drivers from his chair on the side of the road, lost his battle with cancer on Friday. A fund set up for his funeral raised more than 8,000 dollars. July 6, 2016.
