It's a new year, and many Americans will be looking for a new job. It looks like things might be getting a little tougher for the interviewee.
According to glassdoor.com, a jobs and career community, companies are reportedly asking tougher and weirder interview questions to help them find the "better fit" job candidates.
So to help you prepare for tough and wacky questions, Glassdoor revealed its top 25 oddball interview questions for 2013.
Number one on the list is, "If you were to get rid of one state in the U.S., which would it be and why?" The site says Forrester asked that question.
Dell has asked its interviewees, "What song best describes your work ethic?"
Trader Joe's has asked, "If we came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us?"
