The word "meltdown" has been tossed around lately with Justin Bieber.

The singer raised eyebrows after being hospitalized for breathing problems, wearing a gas mask, getting into a scuffle with paparazzi and, on Monday, canceling a concert in Portugal.

But now Bieber's manager Scooter Bruan wants to reassure Beliebers. "There's nothing wrong with him," Braun told E! Monday at the SXSW festival. "He's in a great place."

Braun said the Portugal concert cancellation wasn't because of low ticket sales, but that it happened awhile ago because of technical issues stemming from the time it takes to move the concert production from one location to another.

"It has nothing to do with anything other than that," Braun told E!'s Marc Malkin. "Tell everyone Justin is good, really good."

Meanwhile, Bieber seemed to have a blast at Monday's show in Lisbon. "PORTUGAL was RIGHT TONIGHT!!" he tweeted, adding,"thanks to all the fans...the beliebers tonight. incredible show!"
