A Memphis family is suing Burger King for millions of dollars after a fight over an ice cream cone. The incident was caught on camera.
The family's attorney says a mother and daughter went to a Burger King last September to study. While there, they ordered an ice cream cone, but when the manager sneezed into her hands before making it, they asked for another one.
When the mother and daughter went to pack up their computers to leave, the video shows an employee rush them, and a fight begins.
The family's attorney says at one point, employees grabbed metal advertising frames, using them as weapons.
"I've been in a lot of fast food restaurants in my time, but never seen one that exhibited this kind of behavior by the employees. It's shocking," said Attorney Robert Spence.
Police later broke up the fight.
The mother and daughter say they tried to work something out with Burger King, but couldn't. Now, they're suing for $3 million.
