Yes. Oprah has taken over the No. 1 spot on Forbes' 14th annual Celebrity 100 ranking of the world's most powerful celebrities.

She had fallen to No. 2 for two consecutive years, but is back on top thanks to her Oprah Winfrey Network. Forbes puts her pay at $77 million for the year, but the list isn't just about income.

Forbes explains in a release that The Celebrity 100 measures money and fame, including estimated earnings over the last 12 months, and how often each celebrity is mentioned in print, on TV and in social media. Earnings consist of pre-tax income between June 1, 2012, and June 1, 2013.

Rounding out the top 10:

No. 2: Lady Gaga, up from No. 5 last year, with $80 million

No. 3: Steven Spielberg, $100 million

No. 4: Beyoncé, $53 million

No. 5: Madonna, $125 million

No. 6: Taylor Swift, $55 million

No. 7: Bon Jovi, $79 million

No. 8: Roger Federer, $71 million

No. 9: Justin Bieber, $58 million

No. 10: Ellen DeGeneres, $56 million

As you can see, musicians dominate the top 10 in 2013, and six of the 10 are women. Country superstar Toby Keith (No. 43) is featured on the Forbes cover with the headline "Cowboy Capitalist."

Notable newcomers to the 2013 list include Hugh Jackman (No. 11); Channing Tatum (No. 23); Jennifer Lawrence (No. 49); Emma Stone (No. 84); Mila Kunis (No. 89), Amy Poehler (No. 92), Fifty Shades of Grey author E.L. (Erika) James (No. 42); model Miranda Kerr (No. 100) and TV host Sean Hannity (No. 72).

Dropping off the list are some surprising favorites: Adele, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Johnny Depp, Alex Rodriguez, Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon and Elton John.
