RAM said people should be prepared to choose between dental or vision services because of time constraints.

People were already lining up on Friday. One man said he's hoping for new dentures and says the care he's received at previous RAM clinics had been life-changing.

The East Tennessee foundations is also helping with the clinic. The next free RAM clinic is scheduled to happen in Fentress County as South Fentress Elementary School on the weekend of Sept. 8 and 9.
