Admiral Schofield set a new career high in points and Tennessee held off an Ole Miss comeback as the No. 19 Vols beat the Rebels, 73-65, on Saturday.

Schofield made nine of his 14 field goal attempts for 25 points, setting a new career high. The junior forward's previous career high was 22 points. It was the fourth straight game in which Schofield had scored in double digits.

The Vols tallied 20 assists on 25 field goals. Sophomore point guard Jordan Bone tied his career high with eight assists.

Knoxville native Jordan Bowden made three of six field goal attempts from three-point range and finished the day with 15 points. Redshirt sophomore LaMonte Turner also made three three-pointers and had 13 points overall.

Tennessee (21-7, 11-5 SEC) will travel to Mississippi State (20-8, 8-7 SEC) for the penultimate game of the season Tuesday. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
