KARNS, Tenn. — Gabe Woodson and Kristen Coulston grew up playing Rugby in Tennessee.

Now, they're trying to introduce the sport to young kids through the Rookie Rugby league.

The Smoky Mountain Athletic Club's Rookie Rugby league kicks of on April 17 with practices continuing Wednesday evenings through June 15 at Tennessee Rugby Park in Karns.

They're currently accepting registrations.
