In the kitchen: Sweet citrus salmon recipe

Chef Jonathan Frye from the Convention Center shows us how to make sweet citrus salmon.


4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each, skin on)

4 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons orange juice

Sea salt (or kosher salt to taste)

ground black pepper
