Garlic Minced Roasted-4oz
All Purpose Flour-1cup
Wild Mushrooms Local- 3 cups
Beef Stock- 12oz
Green Onions chopped-3T
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Using a large cast Iron pan, brown garlic in olive oil for 10 minute until golden brown, dust beef in flour sauté until brown, add mushroom thru salt and pepper reduce until sauce develops.
Serve over rice or buttered pasta
Garnish with chopped green onions.
