KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The United Way of Greater Knoxville will kick off its Annual 2020 fundraising campaign with a Superhero Scavenger Hunt.

The event will start on Friday, September 18, at 8:00 am and continue through Sunday, September 27, at 8:00 pm.

Then download the Goose Chase app and search for "UnitedWayKnox" to find the scavenger hunt then sign up.

You'll travel by car or on foot to various non-profits the United Way supports. Snap a selfie in front of the superheroes in the windows.

Kids can receive a free superhero cape and adults can buy a United Way t-shirt for $15 to support the annual campaign.

If you sign up for a monthly donation to United Way then the t-shirt is free.

Superhero capes and t-shirts will be available at United Way of Greater Knoxville (1301 Hannah Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921) on Thursday, September 17, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Friday, September 18, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
