KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Almond Poppy Seed Dressing

8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature

1 cup sour cream

1 (3.4 ounce) package French vanilla instant pudding mix

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

2 teaspoons poppy seed

May use a little half and half, if needed, to thin to desired consistency.
