KNOXVILLE, Tenn — Crepe Cake

1/4 t salt
1.5 cups milk
1.5 cups flour
Beat eggs, add milk salt and flour. Mix well.
In a skillet, pan or crepe maker, on medium heat, add 1/2 t of butter. Then, pour batter in small circle and work into larger circle, evenly, to form a thin pancake.
Ingredients should make approximately 10 crepes.
From here, you can layer each crepe with your preferential fruits and sweets (e.g. fresh cut strawberries (or jam), sliced bananas, pineapples, raspberries, Nutella, chocolate syrup, Cool Whip, marshmallow spread, etc.
Don't forget to add whipped cream (with a cherry on top).
Best if refrigerated before eating.
