Chef Roman's Cornbread Sausage Dressing

Homemade Stuffing Made with Bread and Herbs

4 cup Chicken Broth

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Sage

1 tsp Thyme

1 qt Cornbread, Crumbled

½ loaf Fresh Bread, Crumbled

2 cup Onion, Chopped

1 cup Celery, Chopped

4 each Eggs

1 Cup Sausage, Cooked and Crumbled

• Add warm Broth and seasonings into mixing bowl

• add the rest of ingredients and mix well

• Pour into 9” X 11” baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 or until internal temperature of 165 degrees.
